PURPOSE: Provided is a method of preparing drink containing chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is extracted in a high yield and is not destroyed in the extraction process. The chlorophyll drink can be enjoyed anywhere and anytime. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises: grinding step of the plants containing chlorophyll after they are dried in the shade; and extraction step of chlorophyll wherein the above ground plants and the extracting solvent in a ratio of 50kg:100L are put into the extraction vessel keeping the temperature at 20-30deg.C stirring for 2-3 hours, precipitating for 24 hours to obtain a good quality extracted liquid, and maturing for 24 hours. The solvent being again added to the extracted solid in a ratio of 100 liters to 50kg and extracted for 2-3 hours with stirring; cold maturing step at 5-7deg.C for 24 hours; concentrating step wherein 48 liters of the above cold matured solution is introduced into a concentrating vessel to reduce to 12 liter solution by heating at 30-40deg.C, adding to it another 24 liter of the solution and concentrating for 4 hours. After repeating 10 times of concentrating step and obtaining 24 liters of the water soluble concentrated solution; water curing step of the above concentrate by adding the concentrate and cold water of 5-7deg.C and pH 7.2-7.5 in a ratio of 1.5 liters to 15 liters to the decomposition vessel of chlorophyll and by diluting; and packaging step of the drink after the above diluted solution is matured for 28 hours at 5-7deg.C and filtered.
