<p>The invention is based on the problem of how to provide a concept for a fast and simple procedure of producing decorative layers (4) on skis or similar ski-related devices, in particular the process of printing or applying decorative colour layers (50) onto such layer (4) during the ski manufacturing process. At the same time the aim of the invention is to provide a concept for the device, which will allow the implementation of such a process in a cost-effective and manageable way, in brief, suitable for the application in industry. At the first intake line (11) the printing layer (4) is prepared, and on the bottom side provided with an adhesive layer (40). Parallel on the other intake line (21) the temporary printing carrier is prepared (5), to which an appropriate colour layer is applied (51). After that the layer (4), provided with the adhesive layer (40) is heated also in the area of the first intake line (11). Then it is pressed onto the carrier layer (5) for a certain time and is subsequently cooled and separated. After that the temporary print carrier (5) is led via one output line (22), while on the other side the layer (4) with the adhesive layer (40), which holds the removed colour layer (50) from the temporary print carrier (5), is led through the remaining output line (12).</p> |
