The invention relates to a device controlling and taking over the reactions occurring in the pipe systems and in equipments, particularly in the refining plants in petrochemical and chemical industries.The device comprises a double-effect hydraulic cylinder (A) interposed between a pipe (5) subject to shocks, and a fixed element (2). The two chambers (a and b) of the hydraulic cylinder (A) are connected to the ends of a body (9) provided with two chambers (c and d) for the displacement therein of some valves (10 and 11) maintained open by means of springs (12) and accommodating some nozzles (13) therein. The body (9) with the valves (10 and 11) is connected through a pipe (14) to an oil tank (15), for compensating the oil losses and avoiding the cavitation .
