PURPOSE:To equalize tape binding conditions, and manufacture cable having stable characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A tape moulding and processing device has an edge position sensor 13 composed of an ultrasonic sensor or the like which monitors a position of an edge 5 of a tape 3 constantly. An output of this edge position sensor 13 is processed at a signal processing part 31 and sent to an edge correcting part 20, and in the edge correcting part 20, a roller 21 in contact with the tape 3, etc., are rotated in accordance with an output of a control device 16, so the edge position 5 of the tape 3 is controlled to be at a constant position constantly. |
