PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an efficient image forming device by reading out a stored decided result with respect to an area to be decided and using it for the plural times of image forming control actions corresponding to the area to be decided. SOLUTION: When the outputs 5-2 of three copies whose pages are put in order are obtained from the document of three pages 5-1 placed on an RDF, the state of the document is shifted to (A)→(B)→(C)→(D)→(B)→(C)→(D)→(B)→(C)→(D)→(A). Then, the copying actions of the 3rd, the 2nd and the 1st pages are executed in the respective states (B), (C) and (D). At the document feeding time of a 1st round, a black-and-white/ color deciding action is executed as for the respective documents. On and after a 2nd and subsequent rounds, the copying action is controlled based on the decided result obtained at the time of the 1st-round. By storing the decided result of the black-and-white/color deciding action executed only once with respect to the respective documents, time required for the 2nd and subsequent round copying actions can be drastically shortened when the plural documents are repeatedly copied. |
