PURPOSE: To provide a controller for, a permanent-magnet synchronous motor, in which an efficient d-axis current is fed, regardless of a variation in motor characteristics in weak field control or maximum efficiency control. CONSTITUTION: An adjustment value generating means 106 generates an adjustment value (Han ) obtained by subtracting a reference value (eREF) from an integrated value of an erroneous current value (e). In a d-axis current command means 110, id * is increased or held when the adjustment value (Han ) is larger than zero, and id * is decreased or held when the adjustment value (Han ) is smaller than zero. In this case, id * is adjusted in increase or decrease according to various factors, such as the revolution at the initiation of d-axis current application, power factor or regenerative factor, and the importance of efficiency or torque. |
