<p>The invention is based on the problem of how to provide a concept for a fast and simple procedure of producing decorative layers (4) on skis or similar ski-related devices, in particular the process of printing or applying decorative colour layers (50) onto such layer (4) during the ski manufacturing process. At the same time the aim of the invention is to provide a concept for a device, which will allow the implementation of such a process in a cost-effective and manageable way, in brief suitable for the application in industry. At the first intake line (11) the layer (4) for printing is prepared, and provided with an adhesive layer (40) on the bottom side. Parallel on the other intake line (21) the printing carrier is prepared (5), to which an appropriate colour coat is applied (50) by at least one layer, preferably in several layers. After that the layer (4), provided with the adhesive layer (40) is heated also in the area of the first intake line (11). For a certain time it is then pressed together with the carrier layer (5) and subsequently cooled.</p> |
