The invention relates to a microclimate control installation using water vapours present in the earth atmosphere as a natural energy source for promoting upward air movement inside the installation, to gather, transport and finally distribute condensed water. The installation is positioned in the air, using a proportional suspension system and a baloon enclosure (24) which suspends a tubular sleeve (53) having some water condensation surfaces therein and a convective lifting column (72) held in the atmosphere by some some circular ring baloons (106) positioned along the installation, its altitude being controlled from the ground by a vertical cable (42) wound on a motor-reel (46). The water condenser (54) of the installation generates and maintains condensation conditions for the water present in the air column, promoting convective air movement inside the installation.
