The floating platform is a piece of equipment built or assembled over the surface of water basins. It is most frequently used as an oil rig, or for mechanical handling activities from vessels. Its design is simplified, safer and easier to construct, at lower costs. The floating platform includes air cylinders (1) supplied with extra spaces, their lower ends being open. The cylinders are mounted to levers (7), at least one cylinder each at both ends of every lever (7) which rest on bearings in shafts fixed to main supports (3) also fix-connected to the platform (4). The cylinders (1) are pivotally connected to the levers (7) by bearing boxes (2), fixed to the cylinder in which bearings (5) and shafts with spherical heads (6) are fitted, fix mounted to levers (7). 2 claims, 5 figures
