<p>The blade for machine hacksaw is used as an operating member of specialized machinetools for cutting of parts of arbitrary cross section. Its design is improved, and it guarantees redistribution of strains, as a result of which the values of the equivalent strains in the zone of the teeth are reduced, as well as near the holes for fitting, and as a result of this the stability of buckling in cutting into the parts being cut off is improved. The blade is in the form of a plane, as an elongated flat body at both ends of which two identical round holes (4.1 and 4.2) are machined for fitting it to the machine hacksaw, which are fitted on an axial line. The flat body has external contour formed by two straight lines, the first line (1), which passes through the tips of the teeth, is positioned at an angle towards the second straight line (2) so that the width of band Bi grows linearly in a direction, opposite to the direction of cutting. Both straight lines (1 and 2) are connected, respectively, to a left-hand and a right-hand sector (3,1 and 3.2) of different lengths. The axial line (5), on which the two holes (4.1 and 4.2), are positioned, is positioned in a direction opposite to the side of the teeth, parallel towards a third straight line (6) and at distance E from it. Line (6) is positioned parallel towards the first straight line (1) at distance Bmin2, equal to half of the minimum width of blade Bmin, measured between line (1) and the left-hand end of line (2).
