PURPOSE:To prevent free iodine itself from producing in an aqueous solution composition for an absorptive heat pump containing an iodide and further prevent a carbon steel-based material made of iron which is a material for various apparatus constituting the absorptive heat pump from corrosion. CONSTITUTION:This aqueous solution composition for an absorptive heat pump is obtained by adding a reducing agent, especially sodium hydrogensulfite to an aqueous solution composition, used in the absorptive heat pump using a carbon steel-based material made of iron as a constituent material and containing water as a refrigerant and an iodide as an absorbent component. |
