PURPOSE:To provide a highly amusing game machine functioning as both jigsaw puzzle and a roll play game in which players assemble a map in jigsaw puzzle style and move pieces including a hero so that various game developments are made possible by each game or by each player. CONSTITUTION:World map information comprising multiple Jigsaw puzzle pieces of a map is prestored in a map-piece information memory 1. As the game proceeds, a particular map piece Po is picked up by a map-piece information reader 2 from the map-piece information memory 1, and the picked up map piece Po is moved or rotated by a map-piece information controller 4 to fit the rest of the map-pieces P already shown on the display 3. Players examine the area made of all the fitted pieces on the map by a map area detector 5 and proceed with the game moving a piece C by a piece controller 6. |
