PURPOSE:To control a plurality of high voltages with one A/D converter by providing a first group of switches for changing over feedback signals inputted into one A/D converter, and a second group of switches for changing over the pulse width reference values outputted to a timer circuit. CONSTITUTION:Switches 21a, 21b, and 21c are changed over in order by the timing signals 25a, 25b, and 25c outputted by the timing circuit 28 of the arithmetic unit 4 of a control circuit 1, and the feedback signals 11a, 11b, and 11c from each output terminal of a plurality of voltage converters are inputted into an A/D converter 2 in order. Next, the arithmetic unit 4 outputs a pulse width reference value, operating the digital value corresponding to the output voltage of each voltage converter stored beforehand in voltage value memories 24a, 24b, and 24c with the output value of a converter 2. This pulse width reference value is inputted into the autoreload timers 26a, 26b, and 26c corresponding to the switches 22a, 22b, and 22c, and a drive signal 10 is outputted. |
