The invention relates to a roller set and a material for manufacturing a rigid thin sheet used in buildings requiring an increased bending strength and a reduced weight. According to the invention, the roller set comprises some adjacent rollers (R1 and R2) provided with rows of teeth (T), each tooth having one peak (1) and four flanks (2, 3, 4 and 5) with involute profile, the curvature radius of said peak (1) having values ranging from 1 to 2.5 mm, while the curvature radius of the edges between the flanks (2, 3, 4 and 5) has values ranging from 0.2 to 1 mm; the claimed material for manufacturing a rigid thin sheet, made by means of said roller set, exhibits prominences and cavities on both faces, the overall thickness of the sheet (t) being lower than four times the gauge (g) of the material, the prominences and the cavities being joined to the peaks of the teeth with a curvature radius having values ranging from 1 to 2.5 mm, and to the edges between the flanks thereof with a curvature radius having values ranging from 0.2 to 1 mm. |
