The invention relates to a golf tee (10) with a shaft (12) and a closed circular ball-carrier (20), on which a section of a golf ball (30) lies, the ball-carrier (20) being laterally offset in relation to the central longitudinal axis (15) of the shaft. The golf tee (10) is characterised in that it is produced from non-metallic material, that the ball-carrier (20) has a diameter of between 10 and 18 mm and that the lateral offset (28) of the centre of the ball-carrier (20) in relation to the central longitudinal axis (15) of the shaft (12) is between 5 and 18 mm. |
