PURPOSE: A panel for construction and construction method using the same are provided to reduce a construction time of a wall by building the wall without spreading a mortar in the connected portion of the panels. CONSTITUTION: A square upper inserting protrusion(2) is protruded in the upper center of a panel(1). A lower inserting groove(3) into which an upper inserting protrusion of another panel(1) is inserted is formed in the lower center. A circular side inserting protrusion(4) is vertically protruded in the side center. A side inserting groove(5) is formed in the other side to insert a side insertion protrusion(4) of another panel. Thereby, a wall is built by inserting the panels.
