PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure for a screw resistable against a temperature change and vibration by strongly fixing a second member (a resin holder) to a first member (a metallic base plate). SOLUTION: A recessed groove 11 is formed on a surface on a side in which the holder 10 faces to the base plate 20. The base plate 20 is made to abut on the surface formed with the recessed groove 11 thereon, a screw 30 is passed through a screw hole 21 of the base plate 20 and a through-hole 12 of the holder 10, the holder 10 and the base plate 20 are screwed, and the base plate 20 and the holder 10 are fixed by pouring adhesive from the recessed groove 11 of the holder 10 which becomes an opened state and hardening the adhesive.
