PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sealing reliability of a vacuum lock structure for an exhaust port for evacuating the inside of a vessel in order to form a vacuum vessel. SOLUTION: This structure comprises: an exhaust flange 23 forming the exhaust port 24; a sealing plug 31 inserted into the exhaust port 24; a pressing cap 35 for pressing the sealing plug 31 inserted into the exhaust port 24 by being screwed to the exhaust flange 23; an annular edge part 26 formed in the exhaust flange 23 and brought into a sealed state by coming into press contact with the sealing plug 31 when the sealing plug 31 is pressed by the pressing cap 35; and detent means 28, 33 and 34 for stopping the rotation of the sealing plug 31 with respect to the exhaust flange 23 when the pressing cap 35 presses the sealing plug 31. |
