PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure for a scanning type optical device which is capable of efficiency cooling the device parts of a laser diode and laser driver substrates. SOLUTION: In the scanning type optical device (a laser scanner unit) having the laser diode 21 and the laser driver substrates 22a and 22b for controlling the same, the cooling structure of the scanning type optical device is constituted by forming a duct of which the base surface is the scanning type optical device 22a, and arranging a fan (blasting means) 30 on the inlet port of this duct. |
