PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle headlamp device preventing a movable shade from rattling caused by vertical vibration, and easy to mount. SOLUTION: A solenoid 9 equipped with a plunger 10, stroking in the direction of a light axis is arranged at the lower part of a discharge lamp 7, and a movable shade 18 is mounted on the top of the plunger 10 through a stay 18a. A high beam and a low beam are switched by shielding a part of the light from the discharge lamp 7 by making the movable shade 18 stroke against the top end of the discharge lamp 7 toward the light axis S. |
