FRESH PRODUCT EVALUATING DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that only the internal quality of a surface layer part or only internal quality as the average value of overall flesh is obtained and that accurate evaluation can not be performed by a fresh product evaluating method using either a conventional reflected-light utilizing method or transmitted-light utilizing method. SOLUTION: Both reflected light 15 and transmitted light 17 of projected light with which an objective fresh product 11 is irradiated are received to compare one with the other and analyze them. By this, it is possible to compute the internal quality distribution of the objective fresh product which has been impossible by any one method.
