SOLUTION: A dedicated mail address by customers is allocated to a customer when the customer is registered as a member. When the customer hereafter exchanges information with another customer by using an e-mail and invites his/her opposite party, his/her own carrier mail address is automatically converted into the dedicated mail address by customers by a customer information authenticating part 7 that interlocks with a customer information management authentication database 8 and a dedicated mail address by customers converting part 11, and besides, the customer transmits the dedicated mail address to a designated receiving destination or opens the dedicated mail address to the public on a Web, etc.
