PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an indication characteristics measuring device capable of efficiently measuring chromaticity, brightness, contrast and flicker as important administrative items in a control and inspection process of products using a liquid crystal display, for example, with one measuring apparatus. SOLUTION: The indication characteristics measuring device includes at least a photoelectric conversion means converting the quantity of light generated by a measuring object to electric signal, an amplifying means for amplifying the output signal of the photoelectric conversion means, a direct current component detection means for detecting the signal of direct current component out of the output of the amplifying means, an alternating current component detection means for detecting the signal of specific frequency component out of the output of the amplifying means and an indication means for indicating the direct current component detection signal and the alternating current component detection signal.
