PURPOSE: A process for making the titled processed meat product by mixing Chinese herb medicines, seaweeds, animals, minerals, mushrooms cereals and then heating is provided. Whereby, the food composition contains is a nutritionally well-balanced meal and useful as health auxiliary food. CONSTITUTION: Meat of livestock and wild animals is mixed with cereals such as rice, barley, wheat, millet, red bean, black soybean, adlay, glutinous rice or the like, fruits such as apricot, ginseng, grape, pear, apple, persimmon or the like, Chinese herb medicines such as Angelicae gigantis radix, Polygonatum sibiricum, Lycii Radicis Cortex, Saururus chinensis Baill or the like, mushrooms such as Ganoderma lucidum, Phellinus linteus or the like, minerals such as Fe, Ca, Mn or the like, fishes such as abalone, sea cucumber, cuttlefish or the like, fermentation products such as yogurt, edible oils, malt or the like and then extracted. |
