<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter, which selectively cuts an infrared ray and light of a wavelength lowering color purity, gives rise to no malfunction and is superior in color balance and in durability. SOLUTION: In the optical filter provided with a filter layer, containing a dyestuff and a polymer binder on a transparent substrate, the dyestuff in an associated state having an absorption maximum in 750-1,100 nm range is used and further an ultraviolet absorbent with high light resistance is added.</p> |
