<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an a-Si solar cell module and a solar generating system using it where no complicate wiring is required at construction while faulty wiring and the like are avoided. SOLUTION: Related to the solar cell module, a transparent electrode layer 2, an amorphous silicon layer 3, and a rear-surface electrode layer 4 are laminated on an insulating substrate 1. Each layer is divided into a plurality of cells 5a by patterning. The cell comprises integrated amorphous silicon solar cells electrically connected in series. On the insulating substrate 1, the cells which are electrically connected in series are divided into at least two cell groups 6A and 6B by a division groove 7 running in the direction across the lengthwise direction of the patterning. A plurality of cell groups are electrically connected in series by a series connection lead wire 8.</p> |
