<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner having good fixing and anti-offsetting properties in a wide temperature range and suitable for a heat roll fixing system and to provide an electrostatic charge image developing color toner excellent in color reproducibility and transparency, having stable electrostatic charge behavior even in continuous printing and giving a good image of high image quality. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner contains a resin binder, a colorant, a releasing agent and an electrostatic charge controlling agent. The releasing agent is a wax based on a higher fatty acid ester compound and/or an aliphatic alcohol compound and the electrostatic charge controlling agent is a complex or salt of formula 1.</p> |
