PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chucking device for a disk player that can prevent its magnet from being coming off from a chuck disk. SOLUTION: The chucking device 1 supports a disk 5 placed on a turntable 3 of a disk player and is provided with the magnet 13, a chuck disk 11, a chuck arm 17, a 1st locking face 13b and a 2nd locking face 25a. The chuck disk 11 is disk-shaped and is placed in opposition to the turntable 3 to support the magnet 13, has claws 25 projected toward the turntable 3 around the supported magnet 13 and at each tip 25a of the claw 25, a locking section 25a locked to the outer circumferential part of the magnet 13 is placed. The chuck arm 17 supports the chuck disk 11 freely rotatably. The first locking face 13b and the locking sections 25a are used to restrict each locking section 25a of the claws 25 from being bent in a parting direction of each locking section 25a of the claws 25 from the magnet 13 when the magnet 13 is pressed into contact with each locking section 25a of the claws 25.
