PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is a necessity of hoisting up and down a shooting cylinder many times to discover a hanging-up position matched to a position of a center of gravity when the cylinder is charged in a shooting unit by hoisting the cylinder by a rope. SOLUTION: An apparatus for charging an airframe comprises a tank fully filled with water provided at a rear end of the shooting cylinder, a nozzle with a valve for discharging the water of the tank provided at a lower end of the tank, an actuator for holding their positions provided between a catching unit for grasping the cylinder and a hanging-up arm, and regulates the position of the center of gravity by discharging the water in the tank mounted at the cylinder to hang up the cylinder.
