PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent electronic equipment from being detached from a stand for vertically placing electronic equipment without providing any detaching preventing mechanism on the electronic equipment side. SOLUTION: Stand plates 14 on one side erected on a base 13 are provided with locking pawls 16 which lock the foot 12 of electronic equipment 11 by coming into contact with the feet 12 from the top side, and notched sections 17 which are formed to give deflection to each of the pawl 16 by notching each of the stand plate 14 on both sides of the pawl 16. In addition, the stand plate 14 has a guard wall 18 which prevents the foot 12 from being detached from the plate 14 by slipping in the lateral direction.
