PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for feeding conductive ball with which the flaw or deterioration of a conductive ball can be prevented. SOLUTION: When feeding conductive balls for aligning balls 14 in an alignment part 15 provided with plural recessed parts 15a for storing the balls 14 in a prescribed array in a ball moving process on the alignment part 15 by means of a ball movement regulating member 19, the balls 14 are made to fall from steps 15c provided on both the terminal parts of the alignment part 15, into grooves 5d guided inside the grooves 5d to pools 5b, and further guided through slope parts 5c to the upper surface of the alignment part 15 so that the balls 14 can be circulated inside an alignment jig 5. Thus, damage to the ball 14 is prevented, stagnation time is shortened by promoting the circulation of the balls 14, and the generation of deteriorated balls can be prevented.
