PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To advance the automatic spark between an engine start speed and normal operation speed, to forbid the ignition at an excess operation speed, and/or to prevent the ignition at a speed less than a minimum operation speed. SOLUTION: A charging coil L1 generates a charging signal for charging a charge accumulation capacity C2 for ignition, and a trigger coil L2 generates a triggering signal for triggering the discharge of the capacity. A RC circuit composed of a resistance R5 and a second capacity C1 prevents the application of the triggering signal to a control electrode of a first electronic switch, and controls the timing for applying the trigger signal to a control electrode of a first electronic switch Q2. A third electronic switch Q3 prevents the application of the triggering signal to the control electrode of the first electronic switch, until the accumulated capacity exceeds the breakdown voltage of zener diode.
