PURPOSE: Provided are a red dopant for organic electroluminescence device excellent in heat stability and brightness and an organic electroluminescence device using the red dopant. CONSTITUTION: The red dopant compound for organic electroluminescence device comprises one compound selected from formulas 1-3. In the formulas 1-3, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are one selected from the group consisting of alkyl group of C1-C20, carbocycle, aryl, and heterocycle respectively; a is a number of 1-5; X represents O or NR2; R represents H or alkyl group of C1-C20; Y represents N or CR7; and R7 represents alkyl group of C1-C20.
