PURPOSE: A process for preparing the titled meat product by mixing meat of livestock and wild animals with Chinese herb medicines, seaweeds and mushrooms is provided. Whereby, the meat can be steamed or roasted to eat and contains a lot of substances purported to be of a health benefit. CONSTITUTION: Meat of livestock such as cow, calf, pig, chicken, duck or the like and wild animals such as wild rabbit, boar, deer, pheasant or the like is mixed with fruits such as apricot, ginseng, grape, pear, apple, persimmon or the like, vegetables such as cabbage, radish or the like, Chinese herb medicines such as Angelicae gigantis radix, Polygonatum sibiricum, Lycii Radicis Cortex, Saururus chinensis Baill or the like, mushrooms such as Ganoderma lucidum, Phellinus linteus or the like and minerals. The mixing ratio of a meat product is 100kg meat:10kg water:500g salt: and 2kg mixture. |
