PURPOSE: A press mold structure for forming interior parts of a vehicle is provided to produce the interior parts of the vehicle by using polyester material which does not cause the environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A press mold for forming interior parts of a vehicle includes an upper mold section and a lower mold section. The upper mold section has an upper mold(2) mounted on a moving plate(1). A plurality of cylinders(3,3a) are installed along a contour of the upper mold(2). Front ends of cylinder rods(4,4a) are formed with blades for cutting an object. Four fixing bars(5,5a) are vertically mounted on edges of the moving plate(1). An opening(7) corresponding to the contour of the upper mold(2) is formed in a shearing plate(11). Pins(9) are protruded from an upper surface of the shearing plate(11) so as to clamp a shell member(8). The shearing plate(11) is formed with perforation holes(10,10a) into which the fixing bars(5,5a) are inserted. Protrusions(12,12a) are formed at the front ends of the fixing bars(5,5a). The lower mold section includes a lower mold(21) mounted on a lower fixing plate(20). A plurality of cylinders(22,22a) are installed along a contour of the lower mold(2).
