PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute contents and enable a user to know the time of the contents distribution in a contents distributing system through a network. SOLUTION: When distributing contents by using a data carrousel, a contents request receiving server acquires the distribution time of contents requested from a user from a scheduler and transmits it to user terminal equipment. When distributing contents from the distributing server, an idle time zone of a line is predicted, the contents distribution time is found and transmitted to the user terminal equipment.
