<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack with high safety causing no smoking, no ignition, and no rupture even if the battery pack is overcharged in an accident and its temperature is raised. SOLUTION: In the battery pack, a metal radiator is arranged on one side facing in the thickness direction of a pack outer case, a metal heat conductor coming in contact with the metal radiator is fixed or a heat sensitive deforming body coming in contact with the metal radiator by the heat deformation in temperature rising exceeding a specified temperature is fixed to the side facing the metal radiator of a battery case. When the battery temperature rises, heat generated within the battery is quickly radiated to the outside from the metal radiator of the battery pack outer case through the metal heat conductor or the heat sensitive deforming body. Therefore, smoking, ignition and rupture are not caused and high safety is provided.</p> |
