PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent non-regulatory electrodes from being cut when regulatory electrodes are cut with a laser beam. SOLUTION: A multilayered circuit board is constituted by laminating a plurality of electrodes upon another with insulating layers in between. In order to prevent the non-regulatory electrodes and laminated on the inner sides than the regulatory electrodes from being cut, the non-regulatory electrodes are made of such a conductive material that hardly absorbs the laser beam.
