PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed heat-radiation structure capable of effectively radiating heat while a heating electronic part is easily fitted. SOLUTION: The fixed heat-radiation structure of a heating electronic part is provided where the heating electronic part is pressurized by an elastic member, and the heat of the heating electronic part is dispersed to a metal case through a heat-radiation plate. Here, there are provided a ceiling part 1A with an arched part 1E and an L-like both-arm part 1B hitting the inside surface of a heat-radiation plate 2, an elastic member 1 comprising an extension part 1F with a hooking part 12 and a pressurizing part 11 at its tip, a hole part 2A where heating electronic parts 3 and 3' are provided while the ceiling part 1A is inserted, and a heat-radiation plate 2 which comprises an engagement part 23 for engaging with the hooking part 12 and is pressurized to a metal case by the pressurizing part 11.
