PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepaid device where a prepaid portable telephone is used even after expiration of prepaid call time while a prescribed telephone number can be accessed without using up the prepaid call time. SOLUTION: There are provided a step where a first account source is accounted for prepaid service, and a step where, when a prescribed condition occurs, the accounting to the first account source is interrupted and another account source is automatically accounted.
