PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor with a protective layer having superior toner cleaning performance and superior stability to the curling of a cleaning blade and to provide a method for producing the photoreceptor, an image forming method using the photoreceptor, an image forming device and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the electrophotographic photoreceptor, a coating liquid containing a reactive electric charge transferring compound, an organosilicon compound having aβ-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl) group or its hydrolyzate and a solvent is applied and cured to form a resin layer.
