PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring flow rate of fluid capable of stably measuring a differential pressure without being influenced by dynamic pressure or vortex even if the straightening distance on the upstream side of a venturi cannot be ensured because of the limitation in layout of a conduit, and providing a precise flow measurement value of a fluid carried in the conduit. SOLUTION: In this method, the flow rate of primary air 13 as the fluid is determined on the basis of the differential pressureΔP between the pressure P2' of the most downstream position in the throat part 42a of the venturi 42 and the outlet pressure P3 in the skirt part 42b of the venturi 42.
