PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem, in which a conventional hybrid coupler semiconductor phase shifter has an operating frequency band which is too narrow when it displays its practical use enough as the component element of an electron controlled array antenna. SOLUTION: A hybrid coupler 2 is equipped with an input end 3, a separation end 4, and output ends 5 and 6. An LC series circuit composed of an inductor 22 and a capacitor 23 which are connected together in series is added to the input end 3, a separation end 4, and output ends 5 and 6 of the hybrid coupler 2 at the prescribed positions respectively. The hybrid coupler 2 connected with the LC series circuits is made to serve as the component element of a hybrid coupler semiconductor phase shifter.
