PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer capable of effectively transmitting the axial force of a bolt to members to be connected even if a surface of the members to be connected is formed with a coating film or a plating film. SOLUTION: This washer is formed with blade-like projections having hardness and strength equal to that of members 5 and 6 to be connected and having a height larger than the thickness of a coating film or a plating film formed in a surface of the members to be connected in one surface thereof facing to the members to be connected and formed by connecting plural parallel linear shapes, at least one ring-like, spiral or grid-like shape or two or more rings in the radial direction.
