PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect the first connector on the operating-section cover side to the second connector on the operating-section base side without lifting an operating-section cover, to which a seat cover and a toilet seat are installed. SOLUTION: A hole 12 is bored to the operating-section cover 13 for a hot-water toilet seat flushing device, the operating-section base 13, to which the seat cover 10 and the closet seat 11 are attached pivotally, is connected to the operating-section base 14 under the state in which the first connectors 21 and 22 are fixed temporarily at the inner edge of the hole 12 by Scotch tape (registered trademark) 15 or the like, the temporary fixing of the first connectors 21 and 22 is removed by a hand, and the first connectors 21 and 22 are coupled with the second connectors 21a and 22a respectively through the hole 12 by the hand.
