PURPOSE: A device and a method for automatically generating three-dimensional video are provided to automatically generate three-dimensional video from inputted two-dimensional video information, so as to provide the generated three-dimensional video to users in various types or apply to annexed services through an Internet network. CONSTITUTION: A video input unit(101) receives two-dimensional video. A feature extractor(102) extracts a feature of the two-dimensional video from the video input unit(101). A user input unit(103) receives necessary particulars from a user. A corrector(104) corrects feature information extracted by the feature extractor(102) according to contents inputted through the user input unit(103). A database(DB,106) stores a basic three-dimensional video model and supplemental information. A 3D transformer(105) transforms the basic three-dimensional video model stored in the DB(106), using the feature of inputted video corrected by the corrector(104). A synthesizer(107) synthesizes the supplemental information stored in the DB(106) with the video transformed by the 3D transformer(105) according to the contents inputted through the user input unit(103), to generate three-dimensional video. And an output unit(108) outputs the three-dimensional video generated by the synthesizer(107).
