PURPOSE: A transaction method using a wired telephone is provided to display an advertisement of articles and service sale provided from a wire communication provider through a wired network and to receive an order of articles and server purchase through a subscriber telephone by equipping a display the advertisement to a wired telephone. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network,300-1,..,300-N) is connected to a wire telephone provider(200) and respective PSTNs is connected to a plurality of subscriber's telephone(400-1,..,400-N). A transaction company(100) performs an advertisement for articles and service through the wire telephone provider and provides the articles and service to a purchaser in case of ordering. The wire telephone provider stores the contents of advertisement requested by the transaction company in a memory and the data of advertisement contents is a text, graphic, still image and moving image. The wire telephone provider knows the subscriber telephone is busy through the PSTN when a user connects to another user for a call and transmits the advertisement contents to a subscriber telephone(410) through the corresponding PSTN on the on-line state.
