PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which provides real estate information effective in searching for a real estate item. SOLUTION: When a user inputs conditions of a desired real estate item to a users terminal device 100, a real estate information database 300 and a geographic information database 400 are accessed through the Internet 200 and distributions of real estate items by areas are displayed in maps as retrieval results. When a desired area is selected, real estate items are displayed in the map of the area with marks. In the map, facilities as landmarks are displayed as icons. When one real estate item is selected, detailed information on the real estate item and its peripheral map are displayed. The state of the periphery can be displayed in three dimensions and visually grasped. The user who has found a desired real estate item accesses a real-estate broker terminal device 500 through the user terminal device 100 and can make a provisional contract. |
