<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently conveying various techniques/skills, which are learned by an employee engaging in a job, to the other employee. SOLUTION: In the method for succeeding the techniques/skills of an employee on the job, the employee prepares the contents of techniques/skills to be succeeded to the other employee into computerized documents (1), the computerized documents are integrated on a server as a database of information (2) and when the other employee is to want the techniques/skills desired to be succeeded, the techniques/skills desired to be succeeded are selected by retrieving the relevant techniques/skills with classifications or keywords thereof by accessing the relevant database from a PC terminal (3) so that the techniques/ skills can be succeeded between the employees.</p> |
