PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly improve the radiator cooling ability in a cooling fan shroud device for forcibly taking the outside air into a radiator by increasing the width of a rectangular cylinder part of a radiator side shroud in the longitudinal direction, in comparison to that in the conventional devices, and improving the air flow so as to increase the gas quantity. SOLUTION: This cooling fan shroud device has a radiator side shroud, having a rectangular cylindrical part fixed to a radiator at one side thereof and a back surface part for covering the rear end of the rectangular cylindrical part and formed with a circular opening part, an engine side shroud fixed to an engine and having a cylindrical part formed with an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the described opening part, and a sealing member for sealing an annular clearance formed between the described opening part formed in the back surface part of the radiator side shroud and the cylindrical part of the engine side shroud.
